Jesaja 9:1

SV	Het volk, dat in duisternis wandelt, zal een groot licht zien; degenen, die wonen in het land van de schaduw des doods, over dezelve zal een licht schijnen.
WLC	הָעָם֙ הַהֹלְכִ֣ים בַּחֹ֔שֶׁךְ רָא֖וּ אֹ֣ור גָּדֹ֑ול יֹשְׁבֵי֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ צַלְמָ֔וֶת אֹ֖ור נָגַ֥הּ עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
Trans.	hā‘ām hahōləḵîm b^aḥōšeḵə rā’û ’wōr gāḏwōl yōšəḇê bə’ereṣ ṣaləmāweṯ ’wōr nāḡ^ah ‘ălêhem:

AC	א העם ההלכים בחשך ראו אור גדול ישבי בארץ צלמות אור נגה עליהם
ASV	But there shall be no gloom to her that was in anguish. In the former time he brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali; but in the latter time hath he made it glorious, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations.
BE	In earlier times he made the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali of small value, but after that he gave it glory, by the way of the sea, on the other side of Jordan, Galilee of the nations.
Darby	Nevertheless the darkness shall not be as when the distress was in the [land], at the time he at first lightly, and afterwards heavily, visited the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, -- the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations:
ELB05	Doch nicht bleibt Finsternis dem Lande, welches Bedrängnis hat. Um die erste Zeit hat er das Land Sebulon und das Land Naphtali verächtlich gemacht; und in der letzten bringt er zu Ehren den Weg am Meere, das Jenseitige des Jordan, den Kreis der Nationen.
LSG	Mais les ténèbres ne régneront pas toujours Sur la terre où il y a maintenant des angoisses: Si les temps passés ont couvert d'opprobre Le pays de Zabulon et le pays de Nephthali, Les temps à venir couvriront de gloire La contrée voisine de la mer, au delà du Jourdain, Le territoire des Gentils.
Sch	(H8-23) Doch bleibt nicht im Dunkel das Land, das bedrängt ist. Wie er in der ersten Zeit das Land Sebulon und das Land Naphtali gering machte, so wird er in der Folgezeit zu Ehren bringen den Weg am Meere, jenseits des Jordan, das Galiläa der Heiden.
